If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund or exchange. Return and Exchange Policy
Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to make your shopping experience with us as smooth as possible. If you have changed your mind about your purchase or if the product does not meet your expectations, we will take care of you. Right of refusal and return conditions
You may return a product purchased from us within 14 days of the delivery date.
If you wish to return a product that you have purchased from our online store, the complete set of the product must be attached, including the invoice, additional attributes with discount codes and all gifts received with the order.

Return and acceptance of a product may be refused by Mana Prãna jewelry in case the goods are not in good merchantable condition. This can be expressed in: damage to the packaging, traces of use, physical damage, deformations of the product, incomplete packaging of the product or the accompanying documentation supplied with the order.
A product returned by a customer can be compensated with a refund to a bank account provided by the customer, within 14 days after acceptance of the returned product by Mana Prãna jewelry. If the customer wishes, it can be replaced with another product/products.
Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Mana Prãna jewelry. Our goal is to provide you with a unique experience and a personalized product of the highest quality. Please read our terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return conditions
Since our products are personalized and made to order (according to a photo provided by you), they fall under the exceptions to the right of withdrawal according to Art. 57, para. 3 of the PPE. This means that standard products are not subject to return, except in cases of technical defect or damage during transport.
2. Complaint Process
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Email manaprana.jewelry@gmail.com with the following information:
• Order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging if it is also damaged.
3. Refunds
After approval of your claim, we will offer you two options:
1. Re-production and delivery free of charge
2. Full refund of the amount paid by bank transfer within 14 working days.
4. Terms
The review of your complaint is carried out within 3 working days of receiving all the necessary evidence. You will be notified of our decision via email.
